The phrase ‘Ideas Elevate Us’ has been etched in my mind since I was young. Since mid-2011, it has served as the compass for my career. I started as a fresh engineer teaching at Nirma University, and since then, I’ve embraced every opportunity to refine my skills and bring new ideas to life in everything I do.
My experience has consistently shown me that while times have changed, the fundamental needs of education remain the same. Today’s children still lack the right guidance, stress-free environments, and a focus on conceptual clarity—challenges that have persisted for generations. While Google and AI have made information abundant, they haven’t replaced the need for critical thinking. The real gap now lies in teaching kids how to approach and process that information, rather than just accessing it.
Kids today are smarter than ever, but having information isn’t the same as knowing how to use it. When school is just about passing the next test, students miss out on the critical life skills that actually build a career. It’s why so many people feel like they’re ‘starting from scratch’ once they enter the workforce. If we provide better guidance and nourish their natural curiosity alongside their formal education, we can help them develop a toolkit they’ll use for the rest of their lives.
Why should learning be stressful? I advocate for a teaching methodology where understanding comes before testing. When kids understand the why behind a subject, the fear disappears. My goal is to help students fall in love with learning again, because a child who enjoys their education is a child who will eventually lead their field.”
